Special Dietary Needs
If you have special dietary needs, the Director of Dining Services will be happy to meet with you to discuss your concerns. Please bring a statement from your doctor stating what your dietary restrictions are and that they are for medical reasons. In addition, if you have food allergies, please speak with the manager on duty prior to eating and communicate which ingredients are problematic. We encourage you to visit the Food Allergy Buddy Web site where you can create your own FREE Food Allergy Buddy card to make communicating your food allergy to foodservice staff as simple as possible.
