Nutrition Information

Dining Services is committed to providing lots of nutritional choices and the information needed to make good eating decisions.

Some of the tools we provide to help students make healthy choices include:

  • Nutrition Tracker - Our online database that provides detailed nutritional information on the items we serve on campus.
  • Color Guides - Our dining halls utilize red, yellow, and green color guides on all menu items to empower individuals to select an appropriately balanced diet.
  • Vegetarian items are offered at all dining locations. Both vegan (VGN) and vegetarian (V) food items are labeled in the dining halls and on our menus.

Dining Services uses zero trans-fat oil in all of our fryers except for KFC Express, where we use a product specific to KFC recipes.
