To open an account, complete the form below. Then you may add funds via:

• Credit Card by calling the BASC Business Office at (585) 395-2570 or online via credit card after allowing 24-48 hours from the time you opened your account for your account to be activated.

• Cash or check accepted at the BASC Business Office located on the first floor of Brockway Hall.
