Open an Easy Money Account and/or Charge Easy Money to Student Bill

To open an account, complete the form below. To apply charges to your student bill, simply select the amount you'd like added to your account. (The deadline to add funds to your student bill is the third Friday in each semester.) Otherwise select $0 in the form below for the amount you wished to be applied to your student bill. Then you may add funds via:

  • Credit Card by calling the Dining Service Office at (585) 395-2570 or online via credit card after allowing one business day from the time you opened your account for your account to be activated.
  • Cash or check accepted at the Dining Service Office located on the first floor of Brockway Hall.

Typically, a deposit of $475 per semester will cover books, however this varies by major. You may wish to use the Easy Money Worksheet to help figure additional spending.
