Summer Programs
The College at Brockport hosts several summer programs from May through August. The Brockport campus is a great location for groups looking to take advantage of the college setting. Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation's (BASC's) summer programs staff is expertly trained and highly knowledgeable to help guide and assist groups.
Previous summer groups include Empire Girls State (EGS), Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY), Camp Abilities, Jack Spates' Oklahoma Gold Wrestling Camp, New York State Summer School of the Arts - Visual Arts (NYSSSA), Upward Bound, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Honors Program and Brockport Soccer Festival.
Here's what some of the previous groups had to say about their experience at SUNY Brockport:
- Sharon Arthur from EGS said "Chaley Swift and her staff were excellent and I can't praise them enough. Our program has never been treated as well as we were at SUNY Brockport!!! Thanks to her and her staff we found a new 'home' at Brockport."
- Donna Kowal and Ken O'Brien from the Honors Program said, "Thank you so much for your assistance in coordinating the housing and meals for Honors Program Summer Orientation. As you know, the orientation plays an important role in introducing College policies and procedures and inviting students (and parents) into the college community. We received a great deal of positive feedback on the quality of the orientation program and we are grateful for your participation in this effort."
