Easy Money

What is faculty/staff Easy Money?

Faculty/Staff Easy Money is a debit account at The College at Brockport that is accessed through your Eagle One card. You deposit money into this account for use throughout the academic year. Whenever you make a purchase with the Eagle One card, the amount of the purchase is deducted from your available balance. This is NOT A CASH ACCOUNT; therefore, cash withdrawals are not possible.

There are many on and off campus locations that accept Easy Money. An advantage for faculty and staff to open an Easy Money account is that all-you-care-to-eat meals in either dining hall are only $5.02 (tax included) - a tremendous value! Also, Easy Money can be used in vending machines around campus.

What if I lose my Eagle One card?

You must go in person to the Dining Services Office on the first floor of Brockway Hall to get a new Eagle One card or a replacement card. If your Eagle One card is lost or stolen, we recommend that you deactivate your card until you either get a temporary card or purchase a new Eagle One card. Once you have deactivated your card you must go to the Dining Service Office to reactivate your card, get a temporary ID card or purchase a new Eagle One card. There is a $25 replacement fee to replace your Eagle One card.

TEMPORARY CARDS: In the event that an Eagle One ID card is misplaced, a temporary card can be issued by going to the Dining Services Office in Brockway Hall (M-F, 8 am-5 pm), or TRAX (M-F 5 pm-1 am, Sat & Sun 12 pm-1 am) if the Dining Service Office is closed. The temporary card will expire in 4 days and MUST be returned to the Dining Service Office or a $25 fine will be imposed. The temporary ID card replaces your Eagle One ID card; therefore if you find your ID card it will not work. You must bring the temporary ID card and your Eagle One ID card to the Dining Service Office to reactivate your card.

Can I loan my Eagle One card?

No. When you sign up for Easy Money, you are entering a contractual agreement with the College. Loaning your card to someone else is a direct violation of that agreement. Also, your Eagle One card protects you from identity theft and therefore protects your Easy Money account.
