Campus Construction Updates
The following sitework/parking lot construction is currently occurring on campus:
Parking Lot D1 – the two houses on either side of parking Lot D1 have been demolished. Tree removal and clearing work have taken place behind existing Lot D1. Reconstruction of and addition to existing Lot D1 are currently taking place. It is expected that expanded lot D1 with a doubled capacity close to 190 spaces will be available for use with the opening of school this fall semester. This parking lot will be designated for commuters, faculty, staff, and visitors. Our College project manager is Bill McGorray. Parking Lot Y – the 200+ spaces parking lot designated for residents of the new Student Townhome apartments will be finished this summer. Our College project manager is Gary Morog.
Parking Lot W1 – this small lot behind Allen building will be paved this summer and likely designated to replace the reserved spaces that are being eliminated along Townhome Terrace. Our College project manager is Bill McGorray.
